How We Solved It.

Centrive began by mapping the school’s learning workflow, including course organization, lessons, learning materials, student access, and the way educational content needed to be delivered. We used this process to define a centralized LMS structure that could bring the key learning activities into one environment. 

The LMS was configured and organized around courses, lessons, resources, and user access, with attention to making the experience practical for both learners and administrators. We reviewed the navigation and content hierarchy, tested access and learning flows, and refined the platform so users could move through educational materials in a more consistent way. The implementation was validated against the school’s operational and learning requirements.
