How We Solved It.

Centrive first reviewed the training center’s learning workflow and the way courses, lessons, materials, and student resources needed to be delivered. We translated those requirements into a centralized LMS structure that could support both the training organization and its learners. 

The platform was organized around course delivery, learning materials, user access, and straightforward navigation. We structured the content so students could find resources more easily while administrators could maintain the learning environment in a more organized manner. Functional testing and workflow reviews were conducted to validate course access, content presentation, and the overall learner journey.

What We Improved.

Gechico Training Center gained a centralized digital learning environment that makes course content and educational resources easier to organize and access. Learners have a more consistent online experience, while the training center has a structured platform for managing its digital programs. 

The LMS also creates room for the center to expand its online training offering. Additional courses, materials, users, assessments, and learning activities can be introduced within the same digital environment, reducing the need to rely on disconnected tools.
