The training center needed a digital learning environment where language courses and educational materials could be organized and delivered online. Students needed easier access to learning resources while the organization required a more structured way to manage its digital training content. 

How We Solved It.

Centrive began by mapping the language training workflow and identifying how courses, lessons, learning resources, and student access needed to work together online. We used these requirements to design a learning environment that could provide a consistent experience for students while making course content easier for the organization to manage. 

The LMS was structured around organized language courses, accessible learning materials, user accounts, and straightforward navigation. We reviewed the learner journey from course access through content consumption and refined the platform to reduce unnecessary steps. Testing focused on access, content organization, navigation, and the overall learning experience before deployment.

What We Improved.

RNR Nihongo Training Center gained a centralized platform for delivering its language courses and digital learning materials. Students have a more convenient way to access lessons and resources, while the training center can organize its digital content within one environment. 

The platform also provides a scalable foundation for expanding online language programs. New courses, lessons, resources, learners, and other learning activities can be added as the center grows, allowing digital training to become a more integrated part of its service offering.
