How We Solved It.

Centrive began by reviewing how the restaurant handled sales from the moment an order was received through payment and end-of-day reporting. We mapped the actual front-of-house workflow, identified repetitive steps and information gaps, and defined the core POS functions needed for daily operations.  

The solution was then structured around faster transaction entry, organized order processing, clearer sales records, and easier monitoring of daily activity. The interface was kept practical and straightforward so restaurant staff could use it with minimal disruption to their existing routine. We also reviewed the reporting and transaction flow, tested the system against common operating scenarios, and refined the experience based on actual business requirements before deployment.
